The following sales terms and conditions have been set forth to protect Quintessence Caviar and our team from abusive consumers, to offer a greater customer service to all our clients and to minimize unnecessary losses which would ultimately translate into increased prices.

Shipping Across Canada

Quintessence Caviar ships its product across Canada using UPS services. All orders received by 2:00pm EST are shipped out the same day. In some rare instances due to order overload or weather related delays, orders will ship out the following day.

There is no shipping on Fridays, unless you requested for a Saturday delivery IF available in your geographical area, and therefore no deliveries on Mondays.

Returns

Quintessence Caviar ships fresh and frozen caviar products. Our products are governed and inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and therefore must respect the cold chain of all our products. The moment our products leave our facility, they cannot come back and therefore NO RETURNS will be accepted.

Exchanges will be accepted ONLY if a packing mistake was done by one of our team member or product has arrived damaged to its destination. Any defects or errors MUST be signaled to Quintessence Caviar within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

All sales are final. In the event of a product arriving damaged to its destination, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
